Therapeutic Massage Therapy works to improve an individual’s health and well-being through hands-on manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues. Massage Therapy is helpful for soft tissue conditions, particularly when in conjunction with other modalities such as Chiropractic or Physical Therapy to help heal the body and provide other healthy benefits such as:

  • Stress relief
  • Improved posture
  • Improved circulation
  • Pain management
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Improved flexibility and range of motion
  • Tension headache relief
  • Improved rehabilitation after injury

Meet our Licensed Massage Practitioners:

Lisa Juchmes

Lisa graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Arizona in 2003.  She is certified in both Swedish relaxation massage and deep tissue massage techniques. Lisa describes her typical massage as therapeutic and relaxing, with light to firm pressure that is individualized to meet the specific needs of each patient. Outside of massage Lisa enjoys hanging out with her family, going to the lake, camping, sewing, and scrapbooking.  Lisa’s advice for anyone new to massage is “speak up and communicate with your therapist during the session, it helps us serve you better.”
